Default Corvette C4 With C7 Wheels

I spent a long time bouncing between using later model C4 wheels or just going straight to C6 or C7 wheels. Well in the end it ended up being cheaper for me to go with C7 Z06 wheels. And let me tell you it looks much better than I expected. Just posting for reference for those of y'all that are on the fence about new rims. I spent $450 total for the rims and $80 to get them mounted. They are 17x9.5.

The black wheels look great with the dark blue. Nice choice.

The ones you have now look great. But I personally think the C7 rims look best in black. I think they had a 16 inch option but I can't remember.

I agree, I went with 18" Grand Sport wheels for my 85 and was able to eliminate the spacers.

The Fronts do, 38mm vs. 40mm of the GS. So I have 4 18X9.5 Fronts.

They have since changed the price. But $500 with free shipping still seems like a deal to me https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00WY...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It you check ebay, you can usually get a variety of replica wheels for like $450. Not sure why people think they're that much more than that...

For a '84-'87, very few with the correct offset that aren't asking for $1000+ per set. What is found ain't good either very general and not exciting, to me anyway.

Noted this $450ish set, should be getting the +40mm or it's well rubbing time.
