found this while looking for export parts in the UK, it says that it's a 95? obviously the interior and the L98 says otherwise, but the door panels are correct.. the body is the updated style so what gives what kind of Frankenstein are we looking at here ????

i didn't notice it before but the driver side dash has been hacked and shortened, so it looks like it was a interior and motor swap.... the unsuspecting bidders probably have zero idea what they are really getting

Look like an 85 with lots of updates. It has C5 brakes up front and Brembo rear calipers. Seats look 85 as is the dash. The doors could have been changed to keep the same belt line. Looks like someone used a doner car to swap out the body panels. I like the upgraded looks.

looks to be an 85 with late C4 F/R bumper upgrade and 94-96 door panels. note how they modified the LH dash to clear the door panel. engine is definitely 85. might be a 85/95 typo.

Looks like an 89 with 91 body parts. 1990 was the first year for the "new" interior and 1991 was the first year for the "rounded" nose and *** end. All parts are interchangeable between cars, but I doubt they changed the dash out the body panels are a lot easier!

Have to agree here, definitely looks like an 85 or early 86 engine. Note the cast iron heads on it. Interior looks like same vintage. Rear was changed for a newer one based on work I've seen done several times. Also note things like the steering wheel - mid 80's with no airbag and the doghouse on the passenger side.
I'd lay money it's an 85.

Early 86's had cast iron heads, 1990 first year for air bag. It could be an 85/86 based on the heads. definitely 1991 or newer body panels.

They don't you can see the chop job in one of the pictures on the dash..

I am guessing the same for the other side too
