I'm in st.louis county and head out toward st.charles to do a lot of my cruising. Lots of highways and rural roads and not as much traffic. Another good one in your area is the great river road in grafton. There are some cool dining spots and wineries over there and you cruise right along the Mississippi.

Indeed, I used to take Topanga Canyon from Calabasas to Malibu back when I worked for Countrywide in the 2000s.
I haven't been brave enough to take the Vette there.. there are some serious turns and the bikers there give me the heebeegeebees.
btw, Im gong ot see your guy at powertrain dynamics in 2 weeks.

One of my favorites is Iron Mountain Road in the Black Hills of SD. Here is a link to a view of one of the wooden pig-tail bridges and one of the three tunnels with Mt. Rushmore visible through them when you drive through.

You can drive on this road along with the Badlands National Park loop and the Needles Highway when you attend the Black Hills Corvette Rally this coming July.

Lots of neat roads scattered around the country. The Ozarks are another area that I have driven that would likely be some nice roads for a Vette cruise. I have only driven them in a larger car. I have driven a little of the PCH, and I know it would be nice in the Vette. The Black Hills of SD and MO drives would be interesting, too. That Iron Mountain road looks like it would be a challenge.

NC 126 is an astounding drive, and is a hidden gem. I highly recommend it to anyone that is in western NC. Lots of curves, blind hills, cliffs that overlook Lake James, and the mountains.
NC181 north leading to the parkway, and even past the parkway onto 221, either going to the right or left when it terminates. Going right takes you to grandfather mountain and towards Boone. Going left will eventually take you to Marion...the looong way.
US 70: either east or west. Lots of small southern mountain towns along the route either way.
US 64: is also pretty country road.
Of course there is also the Blue Ridge Parkway itself.
There's also a lot of little roads around here I like.
I'm incredibly fortunate to have some of the best roads in the entire country, right past my house pretty much.
I like them because of the scenery, the challenge and usually they're lighter traffic than their more famous counterparts like Tail of the dragon.
Also, the side road and highway route from Asheville to Biltmore I'm told is gorgeous too.

Alligator Alley surprises me so I must have missed something when I drove it several years ago. I will be on the lookout for a silver C4 since i drove up into western NC a good bit. There are a lot of interesting roads with nice vistas and unique little towns throughout the region.

I'll keep my eyes out for another red one.

Rt 1, PCH. Most fun driving I've ever done. Beautiful too.
Locally, The "Nebo Loop". Google it.

Highway 62 from Tahlequah to Westville, Ok. Lots of fun hills and curves if you don't get stuck behind a slow poke. Only two legal passing zones, otherwise, with one exception, passing is for kamikazes only.

Nice bunch of C4s, Roy, and nice looking countryside. I agree about the graffitti, too. Need to check my map to see where Highway 62 is located in OK. I have covered a good bit of the main roads in OK from working with a colleague at OSU as I would fly into OKC, Tulsa, or Wichita and drive to Stillwater. Also went from there to Fayetteville, AR and Branson, MO. This past summer, we drove part of Route 66 in OK - one of my favorite parts of the trip because you could almost imagine how awful it might have been with "Grapes of Wrath" timesm, especially heading west from OK across the desert.
