The concept here isn't really that bad...it is simply OVERDONE. If the wing was shorter...say about 6 inches off the rear deck, it would probably look much better.
Probably not very functional though.

Different car, different design, different capabilities, and different wind tunnel specs.
I actually love the look of these Supras...notice the wind is lower than the roofline though..very functional.

I think its required cooling for the extra 100 horsepower gained by the 200,000 ft/lbs of downforce from the wing!
