I think i answered my own question .it was bought in new Orleans in 99 . I can only think of hurricane ratrina. He moved to las vegas 2014 .it probably is flood damaged.

Katrina was in 2005. You would have to look at it closer for issues. I think the price reflects the mileage and cosmetic damage. No engine pics. Seats look like they just have covers on them, could need some work, but you can see in the last pick the ruby drivers seat.

Looks like a Ruby with incorrect wheel badges. The correct ones are available I assume. Altough clearly one of the prettiest Vettes ever made, not worth enough to build a fake. No unique VIN system. Special paint, top, interior and side & wheel badging.
