Picked up a 92
After months of hunting we found our new baby! As soon we saw this one we fell in LOVE with her. 1992 quasar blue with white leather, 6 speed, 104,xxx miles, & best of all we are only the 2nd owner
We have wanted a convertible SO bad it wasn't even funny. As soon as we saw this one we knew this was the one! The contrast of the blue & white is just amazing & the fact that she came from the original caring owner made it one that we simply couldn't pass. It fit the bill for exactly what we wanted. 6 speed, convertible, cared for, & excuse free with records.
Just wanted to share our new baby with the rest of the class & I will be posting more photos in the near future.
Also, just picked up a set of chrome C5 wagon wheels for it & just waiting on the new rubber to install them

You got the best color so don't cheap out on the wheels. Keep the wheels you have or get the ZR-1 repops, can't go wrong. I'm sorry but the wagons are the biggest mistake chevy made.

... Here's my old '92 vert that had the light beige interior and soft top. My first accessory purchase was the chrome AFS ZR-1 wheels.
I had bought a hardtop after owning it for a couple years. The factory hardtop will make the car much quieter inside (the car had the early 3" B&B exhaust with lots of interior resonance prior to the hardtop) and it will actually make the car stiffer than a coupe!
