Try looking in the owner's manual. It shows you how for whichever option you have.
The owner's manual can be found on a forum vendor's web site.

power seats, at least driver.
This is not of my car, but controls are the same.
controls right in front of consule storage compartment. Long button on left moves driver seat...on right is slider that says forward "DS" (drivers seat), rear "PS" (passenger seat).
With slider forward left button moves driver seat. with slider to rear "PS" long button still moves driver seat. Owners manual was not very helpful on issue of passenger seat.
When I first got car, April this year, buttons on backrest positioning moved drivers backrest with slider in either position. Now they do nothing.
So I am assuming that slider should make controls move passenger and driver seat but apparently is not working.
(I cannot find any controls on the seat itself.)
Anyone with more information, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

What does the SPID label say should be in the car? What are the 3 digit codes that start with A (EX. AG1 or AG2) OR perhaps both.
SPID label on a '95 moved back to the storage compartment in the rear. It shouldn't be on the console lid but stranger things have happened.

JD all of the controls are just where you suspect.... on the center console and when the long switch is moved back to PS the controls are supposed to work the passenger seat.
But the picture of your seats has me wondering..... are they both sport seats? The seat bottom cushion on the passenger side looks a little odd. Can you take a better pic of the seat cushions of both seats. I am wondering if the previous owner placed a standard seat on the passenger side.

On my 95, there is a control botton for each seat. Not sure what those buttons are to right of driver seat control. Take a peak under the passenger seat and see if you can spot any motors. It (they) would be mounted to the inboard side of the lower seat frame. If not, it is a manual seat. Got to be a release lever, or the broken stub of one, somewhere under there.

OK. Pictures? my car. counsel. seats. label. I looked under passenger seat there appears to be an electric motor next to transmission hump. couldn't see very well might be another behind it. I am beginning to think the switch to change controls between drives and passenger seats is not working. Can still adjust driver seat and rarely have passingers so guess I can live with it. Thanks, for any info.
Cool pics worked!

Passenger Seat
You could lift the cushion on the passenger side and see if it's motorized or not (don't see any controls for the passenger side so suspect it's not). On mine, the drivers seat is powered while the passenger seat is not. If I remember right, there's a lever near the front on the floor between the seat and door sill, pull it and the seat will move.

Or just stick your noggin down there and LOOK under the seat. I bet when you do that, the adjusting lever will almost poke you in the eye.

I don't think it is manual.

I checked the RPO codes on your car, and it appears it is supposed to have both sides power and inflatable leather seats. You can check those by Googling "1995 Corvette RPO codes". If none of the functions work when selected on the passenger side, I would test to see if power is being sent when PS is selected.

I have the exact year and issue. When I slide the switch from DR to PS and move the adjuster, it still moves drivers seat. I removed the passenger seat bottom but could not find a motor or a manual lever. Maybe the seat cannot be adjusted?
