They look like they will clear all structures but how is spark plug access with them??
We will see. I pulled the old pan loose but cant get it off I think I'm going to have to raise the engine a little to clear the oil pickup tube. The oil pump is on the front of the engine.

I can't comment on the LS headers but the Melrose I put on my '85 are great when it comes to plug clearance and my Dart heads have straight plugs, not angled. My Hedmans were a nightmare on 6&8.
