jake decal for c4?
if this is a stupid question. i apologize. i just learned about this guy and i figured id be showing my support. but wasnt sure if there is any rules regarding doing this like for certain years. thanks all

I don't think OP is looking for the decals, he is wondering if there are any "rules" about displaying the Jake decal on other than C6's

OK, pardon my "dumbness" but what is a "Jake decal?" What does it represent?
Watch little to no television and movies are almost a never too - perhaps that explains it?

The first rule about Jake is you do not talk about Jake. The second rule about Jake is, YOU DO NOT TALK ABOUT JAKE.
Not but seriously, do what makes you happy. Jake maybe be a C5/C6 Corvette Racing thing, but there just wasn't factory sponsored competitive race teams before then. My NASA Instructor has a C4 with a bigass Jake decal on it, and it looks awesome. And he beat C5s and C6s on a regular basis in that car (a stock except for exhaust LT1 car).

Jake is a Corvette racing team emblem and not a car specific thing. Its most appropriate on a C6 because of its era but I don't see any reason why it can't be displayed on other Corvettes. In my opinion it's not a no-no like putting a Z06 or ZR-1 badge on a base coupe.

I thought the flag eyes were c6 emblem and saw a c7 emblem version, looked and didn't see a c4 flag eye version.

I couldn't find a C4 Jake, but I did a quick photoshop if you guys like this. Looks a little "Daft Punk" to me, which can be a good thing or a bad thing depending.

I want one for my '94 as well. In my opinion, you're supporting Corvette Racing, not the C6 generation or anything. If you want a decal, go for it.
