Default How Many c4s Left ?

I was wondering if anyone keeps track of how many c4s are still on the road? I know that there were roughly 20,000 or so a year built. Every week I seem to see another one go down. Over time will this help re-sale value? Thanks for your opinions

Go to your DMV, and ask for a print out.

I would doubt you would ever find any figures. A Lot of early C4 meet obama's Cash For Clunkers fate, more sit just rotting away after people have lost interest. There comes a time when putting a couple $1000 dollars into a car that has a value of $3000-4000 just isn't worth it...I would think that in time the later C4 might start to appreciate but not in my life time.

Just my thinking.

With a total production run of 358,180 (different sites list slightly different numbers), there will be plenty of C4's around for a very long time.

The C4 had over 100,000 cars more produced than either the C5 or C6, due to its longer production run.

IDK with over 180k more C3s made than C4s and with C4s having been turned in for the "Cash for Clunkers" program, there may be a few more C3s than C4s.

If you bought a C4 for collector value, other than a ZR car, you screwed up. If you bought it for a fun superb handling driver you have done well.

You can't beat a C4 for the money. I drive the **** out of my 96, rain and an occasion dirt road I do not fear. If it rains, I get wet! Dirt will wash off of it like any other car. That's whats makes them great cars, or the poor mans Vette. They built so many of them they are cheap!

It kills me to see a guy with a C4 act like he owns a 67 big block, and I take car of mine and get compliments. It's still a damn C4 and thats all it will be. Drive it like ya stole it and enjoy it!

, pretty much with your whole statement - definitely, the best bang for the buck. drive it and enjoy it - life's too short, chances of running out of C4's is pretty slim - supply will surely outlast me -
