I got a 92 Black Rose/Black Z07, I am thinking about putting new wheels on it and lowering it an inch or so, What do you guys think would look better, ZR-1 spokes (silver or chrome?) or black GS wheels? and do you know where I could pick some up for a decent price? BTW I got 275/40 up front, and 285/40 in the rear........Should be a direct fit for the ZR1 wheels right?

I'd go with the polished aluminum. Looks just as nice as the chrome for a whole lot less! :yesnod: I also think the GS black rims might look nice also. Set it apart from the other cars that's for sure! Try Danger Dave here on the Forum.

Chrome or polished! I think the GS offset will fit better than the ZR1 offset. AFS has nice reproduction wheels.

GS or C5 polished wheels would look great and fit good. I have polished 2001 wheels on my Black Rose. I think they look great. You could even get them in 18 inch.

Thanks for the Advice guys! Will the GS wheels be a direct fit for my car? I do not want them to stick out of the sides to much.....and does anyone know a rough price range for GS wheels?

Maybe find some 5 spokes that need refinishing and spray them Black Rose as well. That might look pretty cool.

The GS offest (50mm) 5 spoke will fit your car and stick out just a little bit in the rear if you get the 11" wheel. 9.5" on all 4s will be a perfect fit. As far as price, it varies. I saw a pair of black AFS 5 spokes with the 36mm offest (ZR1) go for $310 on Ebay yesterday.

What I got. Just to make sure you aren't confused. GS and ZR-1 are offsets for A-Mold wheels. You want the GS offset regardless of finish. Most common finishes are Black, Chrome, Silver paint, polished, white. Hope this helps.

Either Chrome or Satin ZR1 style rims. I personally think the satin looks better on blackrose but I've seen a few nice ones with chrome as well. You can see what I have below
