I have a special project coming up and plan on using the Lingenfelter LS3 @ 550 HP crate.
The project will start when I return from Kentucky next weekend.
Its an LS1 and done. I finished it about a year ago but was still having some trans issues. They have been resolved and the car is street legal now.

I say it's done because the swap is complete but the car is not done yet. Prob never will be, I want to do suspension and rear next.

Mine's mostly stock

Engine:
355 ci L98 with 52MM Throttle-Body, Ported Plenum, ASM Runners, Accel siamese-ported base plate, 24# injectors, 1.6 rollers, 218 CFM CNC-ported stock heads, Corvette Challenge cheater cam, 10.6:1 compression, Canton Road-Race Oil Pan, Ron Davis Aluminum Radiator w/Integrated oil cooler, 180 Deg. Thermostat, TPIS Jet-Hot coated headers, Formato custom chip

Drivetrain:
Single-mass flywheel, CenterForce Dual-Friction clutch/pressure plate, Hurst billet shifter, Poly bushings, Mid-America lowering kit, 295/30YF18 BFG k/d's on OZ 18"x10" Monte Carlo Rims, Doug Rippie suspension modifications, Bilstein custom-valved FX3 shocks, GM DuraStop "Performance" Drilled/Slotted rotors & GS calipers

Exhaust:
3" Random Tech "bullet" cats, Corsa LT1 dual exhaust

Home Page: http://www.corvetteforum.net/c4/joe91/index.shtml

Dyno pull:
426.35 HP & 527.6 lb/ft at flywheel

Brakes and everything else came on the car...J55's, FX3 shocks custom built to Rippie specs, Rippie FX3 controller,

Car is a Z07 ordered new from GM and delivered 1/26/1991...I've owned it since new and once the warranty ran out everything short of engine machine work has been done by me.

BTW: Had it out at CotA a few weeks ago and the instructor riding with me said "I didn't think C4's could do that..."

I said "MOST can't!"

It's pretty stealthy...

Unfortunately no dyno sheet yet, so i cannot say but I can say yes I modded the hell out of mine so I could be the loud, obnoxious, almost 50 year old living in my town. Which every one talks about will never grow up and is going thru their 3rd child hood and mid-life crisis, but oh yea his car is cool!

L98 - now a 383
700R4 Rebuilt and Beefed up
Factory TPI extremely ported plenum and base with 58 MM TB
36lb injectors
High Flow Fuel Pump
Ceramic Coated shorty headers
Comp Cam 08-466-8
Stainless Steel Roller Rockers 1.5
Pro-Comp 190 CC heads
Tru-Dual exhaust with Cheap Loud Mufflers
Custom Chip
Fresh Paint
After Market Stereo,
Custom Interior

As my log on say, I am new to corvette and definitely new to C4, is that a stock engine. That one awesome looking machine under the hood. I think I just change my mine on which model to get for next C4.

This is a stock 405hp LT5 in my Yellow 93 ZR-1, the one in old blue 91 ZR-1 has been refinished and has mods listed.

I think randy ransome puts us all to shame!!!!

That is impressive! Good Job.
This really goes to show that a well thought out L98 can perform.

Just waiting on some time (and open space) to start on my '92 ZR1-bodied track car...

Intending to drop an LS7 in it...full cage, C6ZR1 carbon/ceramic brakes...

Got a huge job scheduled out for the next 4 months...it is certainly paying the bills, but I don't think the car will get started until fall now.

Just dumped a ton of money into getting 300rwhp into my beater Civic.

That being said I haven't done too much to my car just yet. So far the list is X-Brace, Camber Brace, muffler eliminators, skip-shift delete, and splash guards. I'm currently collecting parts for a cam swap. Hoping for 370whp

I appreciate the compliment but I can't take all the credit for my motor.

It was already somewhat polished when I got it but it was clear coated and it had turned Yellow over time. I just stripped the clear and did a resand and repolish. Thanks again.

I like your yellow Z.
