Zr-1 Rims....need help
Sup fellas,
I am looking for GOOD quality ZR-1 replica chrome rims. last year I bought some but I am not happy with the quality. the starting to show a little pitting!!
I do wash regularly and only use car wax to clean them no abrasive cleaner or polisher. the car does sit in covered drive way but rims on my 2007 don't have the problem so I'm thinking is the quality.
thanks in advance

Buy wheels that aren't plated and have them plated to suit you. Not inexpensive but then again there's no other way to get to where you want to go either!

Melting Slicks
Look for triple chrome plated wheels, i cannot remember if it was corvettecentral where i got my chrome ZR1 replica wheels but they have lasted more than 10 years.
Except 1 wheel that i used a can of emergency puncture repair.
That wheel had to be replaced as all the chrome that was exposed to it had come off, it ended up causing a slow leak as it had bits of chrome plating peeling off around the bead that the tire could not seal.
Now i only use nitrogen as air is 50% moisture i don't take any chances, is expensive shipping wheels to Australia.
