It's a clean looking car, but it isn't worth $20K. You can get a pretty nice ZR-1 for that kind of money.

The owner can ask what ever he/she wants of course it doesn't mean some one will pay it.
That price could be driven by location.

That's what I was about to say, location can mean different prices. Usually not that big of a difference but you never know.
