Default Need Help With A Front Splitter - Miami Area

We are just about to make the mold for the new front splitter but need someone to bring by their 90-96 for a final trial fit of the prototype. If you want one of these I will make it worth your while to bring over your car. We just need it for about 40 minutes.

Call or text me if you are interested. 813-476-5638 Pat Scorzetti

Hi Pat, is the splitter going to hang down lower than the stock front spoiler? Mine scrapes on some speed humps now, I would hate to have my new splitter torn off because it hangs down too low.

Mike
I think Polo92 should address this question as he massaged it to a perfect fit on his car.

Mike got the "Attention c4 spoilers buyers" thread. Polo92 took pic of it mounted. IMO it looks just about the same. But like Pat said, Polo92 can answer the question in detail. I think he measured and posted in that thread.

As soon as the final fit on site is completed we will proceed with making the molds.

Over all at the largest point was 3 3/4", same as the OEM, when mounted on my car.

I think it looks great however, I agree with even at stock height the stock air dam still scrapes driveways etc. Too bad it could not been raised about 1/2 inch to be an improvement over stock and not have to worry about damaging it in short order. Missed oppourtunity IMHO. I state this to not slam the project but address the real issue while its still in the prototype phase. Another option is to make a stock one or a short unit as two seperate options.

3 1/2" deep. Is the splitter going to be 4 1/2 for us Z51 guys or can that be a option
