Hey JohnnyMo, I will post pics of the interior and plaque later, when I am at the computer. All interiors of these cars are the same.......Black and white color combo.

Not sure how the numbers work, but I even checked the original window sticker and that's what it says also.

What number show on your 35th Anniversary badge just forward of your console mounted window controls?

Also, check your RPO Codes (underneath your console lid) for codes B18, B57 and Z01.

[35th Anniversary [edit source]
1993 40th Anniversary Convertible
The 1988 35th Anniversary edition, also known as the "Triple White Corvette" is a white coupe with white wheels and white interior (seats & steering wheel). It also features a removable black top and came equipped with everything, including its own unique emblems. The 35th Anniversary car is the 2nd Serialized Corvette in Corvette History, with each car receiving an engraved number plaque on the console. There were 2050 of these cars built and a quoted 180 of these were Manual Transmission cars, making this a rare Corvette and collectible Vette]

Yeah...mine also... It seemed to have been babied up until the last owner... I've spent more time fixing mistakes than driving it. But that's OK, the problems are mostly small cosmetic items. I've just about got the mechanical squared away...

I wonder if that fellow figured out if he has a Z01 or not...

Drive On!!...

Default #785 - Just Bought Last Week for $2,500

She didn't have the console plaque, I just heard from Chevrolet Corporate today that based off the VIN I gave them she's number 785. I've located someone who has the small emblem for the plaque; I'm going to buy the emblem, fabricate my own plaque and have 0785 engraved on it.

She needs work; she's been neglected. She has 80,000 miles on her; I found her sitting in a tow yard; she'd been sitting there since February. She has the wrong seats - which luckily I found both out of a 35th for $500 for the pair on eBay from the seller who's in South Carolina (I'm in So Cal). They're in original (used) condition and need to be recovered, but they're the real deal.

She was hit - not hard - on the front of the passenger door; the door's jacked up but there's no frame damage - I found a replacement door for $110 that I'm picking up tomorrow. The right fender is cracked; I'm going to fix it myself. She needs a new windshield (that I'm picking up from the same guy tomorrow for $110) and new dash pad (that I'm getting for $30 from the same guy)...

She has a Borla exhaust (too quiet for me) and the exhaust pipes in front of where the mufflers clamp and between the cat are deteriorated and there is some exhaust leakage. Does anyone know where I can get this section of the exhaust (free flowing aftermarket) without having to purchase an entire catback system?

Anyway...I just started to go through her - I've changed out the battery and put some Sea Foam in the tank to clean up the fuel system. I let her idle for about 15 minutes yesterday just to get her used to the idea of being started again...

Next on the list are to replace the plugs, wires, cap, rotor and fuel filter. I'm hoping that will take care of the slight misfire she has at idle. If not it looks like I'll be pulling the heads for a valve job...

I'll start documenting the process of bringing her back to the condition she belongs in shortly.

BTW, I know the rear spoiler isn't original but I dig it...
