My first thought exactly. "Let's see, I am going to buy something to protect my front bumper, and then drill holes in it to fasten the protector." That's just nuts.
i've seen some nasty and tasteless things tacked onto cars, but that....that just is a monstrosity.. its completely tasteless and it was installed with utter negligence.. that's just wrong on so many levels.
That is actually an anti-theft device. I mean, who the hell would want to drive that?
