My idle is a bit rough. Noticeable. Is that normal for an lt1?

mine is extremely smooth, though the injectors are loud and noticible. i'll take a video this evening and post it up.

Thanks. It feels like a small thud if that makes sense. Smooth but a normal paced thud. Not like any miss I've ever had. Maybe weak opti spark?

i'd start with the plugs, make sure they are all gapped right.

I've had my car over 4 years now and it has idled a little rough from day one. At first I was worried and changed plugs and wires and had the engine checked over by my mechanic. Everything checked out fine and has run strong so after a while I just stooped worrying and just enjoyed. Check those things that could effect idle and (change if needed) if all is well drive it until some other symptom shows up.

Fix the vacuum leak and your idle will become smoooooooth...

Vacuum leaks can be very subtle and in non-obvious places. For example, an EGR valve that's stuck open will do it.
