Default Issue with my drivers window

Went out for a little drive earlier with the top down, and when I got back the drivers window wouldn't roll back up. First time it's done this.
I finally did get it to come up, but what I had to do was continually keep pushing the button to the up position real fast. And it finally came up. It goes down just fine, but you have to keep pulsing the switch up to get the window up.
Would that be in the switch?

It could be the switch or it could be a failing motor. Try swapping the passenger window switch with the driver's side.

Are they hard to get to?
How do they come out?

I've had a similar problem. My husband said it may just be the electrical connection and to try spraying some contact cleaner on it. He works with big trucks, and he said this works a good part of the time. Have not tried it yet myself.

Easy. Remove the black trim plate around the center console/shifter. I think there are a couple screws under the center armrest, too. Once the trim is removed, the switches are held down with 2 screws. Good idea to disconnect the battery before removing the switches so you don't short anything out when trying to remove the plug on the switch.

Once you get them out, try connecting the passenger switch to the driver's side wiring.

Had the same issue.. It was intermittent... Finally narrowed it down to the switch.. Took it off and cleaned it with contact cleaner.... All has been good for over a yr now..

Good luck
