When researching both C5's and C6's I came across that issue. Seems a wire located on a plate in the fuse box has a rather sharp bend in it that over time...vibrations I'm guessing...it breaks. There's a great write up on it in the C6 tech section.

Time to squash this one before it goes further south. No problem showing love for the C4, but we don't need to start a thread bashing another generation.
