Anyone have a idea on how to paint this emblem? I hate to buy a bunch of base-coat Clear-coat paint just to paint this.

How steady are your hands?

I would buy a spray can of enamel, the color that you want the background, and a small bottle of enamel paint, that is used on models, the color you want the lettering. Also a small hobby craft paint brush.

Spray the background and let it dry then very carefully paint the letters using the brush.
