Default New Sneakers Today!

Bought some new sneakers today! BF Goodrich T/A KDW2’s. The old tires were original. 21 years old, old enough to legally drink!

Installing on Saturday!

Those are the greatest tires I've ever had.

I really like the looks of the tread pattern on those tires, and I've always been a fan of BF Goodrich in general. You did good.

I just replaced my 17 yr old Gatorbacks. You will love the way it rides with new rubber.

My tires do not seem to last more than a year or two at best

I hope my Continentals last longer than that. They are a comp tire so I am guessing the rubber compound is softer which should mean less tread life . No sign yet of wear with only a couple 1000 miles since the install.

Car has only 37,000 gentle miles on it. I was very lucky to find such a clean non abused Corvette. Tires are very dry and hard but still have about 30% tread life left. I don't trust them at all though. I drove it a few times since I bought the car in December with a dealer plate. But with spring right around the corner it was time for new sneaks! I'll post some pics of new and old.

Good thing I got rid of the old dried out tires. The tire machine used to break the old tire from the bead ripped two of the four tires. Tore the sides right out of them before the bead broke. Yikes! Dangerous!

The new BFG tires feel great. Car rides nice and smooth! I think they look good also!
