Default remove rocker pannels

I want to remove my rocker pannels so I can Por 15 my frame.... How do I get them off.... I have all the bolts off them but something is holding them on right under the rear dog leg before the rear tire.... I don't want to tug on them and break them so how do they come off.

I tell you this much that Por 15 works awesome... It covers so well.... Who would have thought doing a simple battery change out would cause a frame resto.

I just found out that I didn't read the instructions closely on the POR-15 can. It says to put a piece of plastic wrap under the lid when you put it back on. I didn't know about that and it was like the lid was welded on. I had to basically destroy the can to get the lid off.
