1989 headlight question
My passenger side headlight only goes half way up. Then when I leave hood up it works perfect. Put hood down 4 times and it only goes half way up. Pick up hood works perfect. I can't find anything in the way. It will not go back to closed either unless I open hood. Then it works perfect.

I GOT IT! It was the overflow hose from the radiator to overflow tank. Bent the clamps down a little bit so the hose was lower. Works like new!
