So how many of you guys are doing/done LSX swaps?

That's too bad. I didn't even know the batwing pan worked with the swap. I ended up going with an F body style pan that I got with the windage tray and pickup tube from pace performance.

Since you need to use the vette accessories I went with an LS out of one so mine came with the batwing pan. Fits fine but I can imagine it would be tight for a set of headers.
As far as motor mounts, I used the vetteworks plates. Needed to elongate a c-beam holes and clearance the valve cover for the wiper motor (was quite easy actually). Pushing the engine farther forward to clear the massive wiper motor would have meant elongating holes in c-beam even more and IIRC, actually too far.

Please list some rwhp #s, and what motor used and if modded (cam, heads, stroked, etc)
Are you guys seeing better MPG even w higher power?
What was your estimated conversion total cost?

This thread is full of links to everyone's threads. If you are serious I would take the time to read them.

Just curious what most are after on these builds, figure it is a combination of power, mpg, and driveability. I doubt I would do it unless the cost was not a lot more than a stroked LT1 and wanted over 500whp NA.

I have read through a good many pages and other builds over the years, but don't see much on these threads on rwhp AND MPG AND cost.

Yeah I know, both my Vettes average about 13mpg. Lol. No mpg wouldn't be THE reason for a swap, but it is a bonus if you get better mpg.
6k is not bad, especially coming from an L98, with a lot more power, better driveability, and probably better mpg. Nice build.

I'm afraid to the evryone will say "I told you it was costly" . I think I may add a "Optional cost list"
