Where are C4 prices going?
Seemed like they were going up for awhile, but maybe not so much right now. What do you think? Up, down or neither?

What difference does it make? As long were enjoying our cars, that's all that matters. Can't put a price on the fun factor.

That's very true. I drive my C4 as much as I can and I still love it. I have to admit though, the low prices are one of the factors in me keeping the car as long as I have. I'm not giving it away for $8k.

Are you selling or buying one?
If you are buying wait for the people that love to buy Vettes in need of lots of TLC, invest $5K-$10K
in parts, suspension, radiators and tires and sells them for the same price they bought it.

There are some great cars out there with very reasonabe prices, but you have to jump on them right away, he who hesitates is lost--just ask me!! Prices will always fluctuate, look for the best car at the best price you can afford and like what was said above ENJOY it.

History has shown that ragtops usually jump higher and sooner than hardtops. Did you see the latest Mecum auction? Besides the fact that fewer verts are made each year the notchback profile looks more like a Vette should...now,now, don't don't get all huffy, its just my opinion.

The afforadable price of the C4 made it possible for me to have my dream car, it was a 30 year wait.
Yes its true the lil **** is over 20 years old and needs TLC from time to time, but I still get so excited driving and just looking at her, I don't care how low the prices are its not an investment, but pure pleasure for me and I'm not selling.

If you are selling, the prices are going up.
Everyone's happy!

From what I have noticed, LT1 cars have bottomed and are starting to climb due to supply and demand.
If you want a ZR-1 or and early model L98, buy now, they haven't seemed to recovered at all.

I'm hoping they're not going any more up for a while.
Wanting to get a late model pre-face vert in a little while. If I didn't already have my -94 and my -85 T/A stored in the US I'd be bidding on this:

I think the C4 Corvette will hang around in these lows. Once the economy recovers (anyone's guess) and people are looking to buy a hobby car the C4 will be classics and will go up in value.
With the complexity of electrics in C4's the gap between well looked after, fully working clean examples to the ratty will grow wider. For now lets enjoy your awesome 80/90s throw back rides.

Even though it's beyond 100k miles it looks like a well cared for and beautiful car. If I had the possibility to bid now, I'd probably hang in there until it reached at least 9k.
