Still Corvette season out on Canada's West Coast, at least on southern Vancouver Island. Had the '95 out for a nice run two days ago, offered to drop the top but the Mrs wasn't too keen. Chicken!

I am south of you (about 10 miles north of Louisville) and we have a little bit of snow on the ground. However, it is supposed to warm up later this week. My Corvette is snuggled away in the garage for now, but I plan on taking it out later this week.

I have no idea about what you are talking about.
We get the same long driving season here as G4rce2 gets in Arizona.
Today was probably the coldest night of the year at 38F and not a cloud in the sky.
We will be back in the 70's by Friday.. lol

The only concesson I make to winter (other than snow/salt) is taking off the hatch vent. Besides, the Vette has a great heater

If you look at the literature and promo's for the C4's, once they added traction control in 1992, they talked about "all-weather capability" and a "true all-weather sports car". So, how many CF-ers drive their Vettes to the grocery store (or anywhere else) in the snow?

He claimed the traction control really made a diff....

Not here in Florida. As a matter of fact, this is the best time of the year to have the targa top off. Most of the rest of the year it's too hot to run with the top off. You'd get cooked. Sorry for the bad weather... Last week was in the 80's here and now it's in the 40's. By weekend it will be bak in the high 70's.

I'm planning on an outing down to Bowling Green tomorrow ( IF I don't sleep too late.) I drove mine home last year on snow/ice from the painshop. The only real drawback is the ground clearance. The roads around here get pretty hairy after a snow. The highway dept is pretty stingy about plowing!

What's snow? Mid 60s to low 70s all this week down here in MS. Been driving the z just as much as always. Sorry to hear about having to put up your toy, but imagine how enjoyable the first drive of the year will be.

I drive the C5 year round here in SLC. If there's snow on the ground or in the forecast, I just take another car. We keep the roads clear here and if it's not snowing it's above freezing. Not really as enjoyable in cold weather in a C4, kept it in the garage all winter.

what i find funny about ohio is that we get hammered with snow EVERY year. it never fails. and every year, a select few people in ohio ALWAYS forget how to drive in the snow and they end up crashing. its ohio, if you don't know how to drive in the snow, move to a warmer climate, lol.

Crazy weather
Today the weatherman is predicting 50 degrees. I'll take the LT4 out of hibernation and go for a nice long ride on the backroads of Northern Illinois. Can you believe 50 degrees on January 6!!!

Just terrible weather here all long weekend. Temps in the upper 70s, low 80s. Everyday we took out the vette with the windows down and, by the way, top down also!! We have a very long driving season here, it starts each January 1 and runs through each December 31. I guess that is one of the reasons we have over 60,000 vettes registered in AZ. Wish you were all here.
Concur completely!
Drove mine to work yesterday, took the targa off for the ride home at sunset (beautiful). Parked it in the garage last night with the top off so I can drive it again this morning topless! Might need to take a sweatshirt though, just to be cozy!
Sorry to all you folks with all with all that white stuff on the ground... what's that called again???????????
