Always up for that.
Suggestion- Bouquet Canyon north to Lake Elizabeth Road, west to San Francisquito Canyon, south back to Santa Clarita Valley/Valencia area then west on 126 to Filmore then south on 23 to Moorpark, 118 frwy.

Just a suggestion, it's a nice little cruise.

Anywhere would be cool!

I would say to double check the forecast on Thurs. night/Friday morning to be sure, but also keep in mind that the run is halfway to Imperial County so coastal weather will clear up when the drive goes inland unless there is a substantial system present (not looking that way).

I'm going to buy gas tonight and check the tire pressures- its looking good to me.

Great pix Pete.

I am afraid I will not be able to make it Sat.

My weathersrip kit that was back ordered came in last night, but the doors were for a '90-96. All the balance was correct. I was going to have it put on today; but now the correct door strip are going to bo over-nighted and I won't get them 'til Friday afternoon, so the paint guy is putting them on Sat..

I can tell you for a fact that driving it w/o weatherstripping is not a totally enjoyable experience. I like the loudness, and can put up with the breezy conditions inside on the hwy, but the rattles are maddening.

I will be ready to go for the next run and look forward to it.

She won't look so ratty for the pix next time. By then I should have the wheels refurbed and the undercarriage cleaned up.

Hope you guys have a great day and it is a safe cruise!

Ok, Friday afternoon These are for the doors only not the windshield or the pillar. I can do those in 45 minutes and wayyy cheaper than "your mechanic".

Hell bring it over on Saturday. Ill bring my tools and we do those on the restaurants parking lot while making stories, laughing and making jokes of ...you guys know.

If you cant make its ok. It is a nice route indeed

You need to "flat black" the wheels, black out the tail lights and you are on!!!
