Default Corvette blues coming soon! Who else will have them?

It's almost time to put her to sleep in the garage for the upcoming
Winter season. I will have withdrawls for sure.

Tomorrow is my last day of insurance and Sunday is the last day my golf course is open.
I'm going to curl up in a ball and wait for spring.

Gosh, I feel bad for you folks. Down here it just stopped being an inferno a couple of weeks ago and I can finally get out and play. At least until next May when Inferno season begins again. 6 months of 95 degrees gets old too.

I got them at 11AM 10/23 at Carolina Motorsports Park when the engine decided to eat a bearing and lock up

I'm done for the rest of the year and who knows when I'll get back on track. Work has me traveling once a month for a week and a half during the season

Yep, now I can take the roof off without frying my brains.

How come everyone puts them away in the winter. Have y'all done the "Heater Delete Mod"? There are many great days in the winter that are as clear or more clear than their summer counterparts. Just set the climate control to 74 degrees and cruise.

I drive mine once a week, all winter. The only weekend I missed last year was after a blizzard when there was about 3 feet of snow.
I always waited a few days for the snow melt, traffic, and any rain, to flush the salt off the roads.

I'm just the opposite, it is finally getting nice enough to be out and about in the vettes. With this being said, I will still probably not be driving either too much though.

I may drive it a couple times depending on the weather. It's the road salt I hate.

Not me!

Winter is the best time to drive a Corvette here in Arizona! No 115* heat causing the temp gauge to read into the alarming zone... no AC needed... targa comes off.

Finally the heat has broken and it's time to ride!

With apologies to all you who live in snow states!

I will drive it until there is ice on the road. I have had mine for four years and this is the first year that the headlights and dash have worked at the same time this late in the season.

If you are not going to invite all us northerners to your place for a cervesa or two, then maybe we just have to invite ourselves.

My vert has been put to bed for two weeks already. I've ordered the jumbo pack of anti-depressants.

I will be running mine as much as the weather permits over the next few weeks and then I suppose it will be down time until late February or March. But, there is always the hope of a nice long dry spell in January...

Not me, mine is a daily driver. There are few benefits of living in Alabama, mainly snow is very rare. Just the mention of snow here sends people into a frenzy of buying milk and bread.

Where? I heard the S-word today on the weather news but no
accumulation. Next 7 seven days are looking sunny and temps going
near 60

Haven't you heard, Al Gore, the King of all hypocrites and his band of nitwits have decreed it be named "Climate Change". Can't lose with that one
