275/40ZR17 & 295/35ZR18 Toyo Proxes T1-S Prices
I just had my Toyos replaced. They have Mar 2010 manufactured date and lots and lots of tread left. I had some issues w/driveline vibration, and a hard ride and had taken the car to Automasters of Bowling Green.
He recommended new tires, which I just purchased. Brought the 'old' ones home.
My question is, are they worth anything to anybody, and if so, how much?
BTW, yes, the car rides better because I bought Continental DWSs.
These are the sizes of the Toyos:
Front: 275/40ZR17
Rear: 295/35ZR18
Maybe a forum member likes these tires or needs a set for track days. I can take pics if needed. Not ready to put in the 'for sale' section since I have no idea what they are worth.
Cheers,
Andrew

Well Id be willing to give you $100 for the 18"'s just to see how that size fits on my car, I currently am running 18's all the way arround tho, have no use for the 17"'s.
Was the vibration on all tires?
and where are you located?

I live 30 south of Nashville. Its a long way to Corpus. I hate to think how much shipping would be.
I think the vibration came from the fact the compound is really a lot harder than the Continentals and you feel every stone in the road. It was very hard to pinpoint the vibe location and it is still there to a certain extent, just not so pronounced, so it would appear to not be tire related.
