My buddy has had 3 C5's. I've been in all and driven Two. Ride wise I think they're a better long distance car because of the road & NVH damping. I like the seats better in my C4 than any of his C5's. He had a Z06 that would really lay you back in the seat, but that was the only way you could stay in it. I always felt like I was going to slide down and under the seat belt. Worst car seat I ever sat in. Foot room is a big plus in the C5. In the C4, driver side is OK but passenger is way too tight for tall & big foot people. Trunk area is a huge + in the C5 over the C4 although I've always had room enough to take anything I wanted on a long trip; It just needs to be piled a bit higher. He always beats me on MPG but handling and power is a toss up, but mine is an LT4 which has a little more spunk than most C4's. I like my C4 but newer is almost always better and less maintainance.

Well just throwing it out there, i did search. Sadly didnt find what i was looking for. Im on other forums as well so i know how to use that little button. Hell, i even know how to use google. So....ibtl....search....this has been discussed. Well on other forums, where ppl say that stuff, they usually post a link to where it has been posted before. But hey its a better idea to just start talking a bunch of **** instead of adding anything good. That way, when the next person comes along to ask the same question, they can see a bunch of **** talking and not get the answer to the question. Hey on the bright side it will give you all the chance to talk smack again.

To those who answered, thank you. Your telling me what i asked for. I was curious about stuff like leg room, cargo space, seats etc.

When you have a join date of about 5 minutes ago and ask a really general question, it does raise red flags for the troll patrol.

It's like buying a 1 way ticket to NYC and then expecting the TSA to not want to look at your shoes and pull the rubber glove real tight for a secondary inspection.

I've had both a 94 and 95 and now my 99. The C4's were a better bang for my buck peformance wise and a few cheap mods and stock C5's were in my mirror. My C5 is a better overall car but I paid 2x as much.

Enough. Some of you better take lessons in growing up or I see a vacation from the forum in your future. If you don't have something positive to add to a thread-STAY OUT OF IT. I'm over the BS.
