Should I go with white or black grand sport hash stripes on my '94 Dark Red Metallic? Here's a pic of my car:

That's the same silver metallic I was considering. That or just straight up white.
I want to see it! And believe it or not, mine aren't chrome...haha

I think it looks great without the stripes.

To me the stripes detract from the clean look.

When I first read this, I was thinking silver, but after seeing it, I think I'd lean toward the white (although Stephen's car looks great). Contrast is always (IMO) best unless you are going for ghost. I also think the stripes look better on the 80's cars/

I think the hash strips don't look good at all. On this Vette,,,,, it will take away from the great looks of the car

I like the stock look but i'm a purist. If you are definitely making the move, i'd go with black though.

clearly, to me, silver looks better, but if you don't know what you prefer, don't put the stripes on, you'll second guess yourself every time you see the car. cheaper and easier to leave it alone. you can't screw up doing nothing.

It is a work of art, just as it is. Of course, that's just my opinion. I guess it is a way of personallizing your car-making it yours by making it different. But, there aren't so many of those around you that you need to separate yourself from the pack. That beautiful girl stands out on her own. If I have Ashlee Simpson on my arm, I don't need her to have a tattoo with my name on it to make her mine. JMHO.
