Sweet 90, I think it's an "I80"! Did a Google maps and wanted to see how desolate it was. Put the little 'Google Dude' on the road and got the view: flat out nothing for miles and miles and miles!

Great trip and pictures, thanks for sharing. Congrats on your retirement. Don't worry, it gets better. I retired from 22 years of service in Jan and I was feeling the same way. I have started to settle down now that things have set in. I feel much better about things.

I saw Crazy Horse back in 2001 and it doesn't look like they've made any progress to me.
What brand GPS do your have? I like the display and different info provided.

Again, congrats.

I agree on Crazy Horse. I paid closed attention to it evolution and its going to take many years to complete. They said 75 years but, lets see. I'll posts in here once is done. I would be around 96.

Wow, beautiful scenery in nearly every picture.. well except for Montana

Now I know where to take a road trip when I retire.. I am from Illinois and would probably take Rt. 66 to southern California and then make the same trip you took to Washington then head back to Illinois.

PS.. last picture you posted of your GPS, max speed 143 mph.. hahahaha
