Default Seat Removal reference

Does anyone know where I can see a picture reference for how to remove the bottom cushion of the seat? Or is there any chance someone can post a picture? I just can't seem to find the "clip." I have an idea of what it a COULD be, but I'm afraid of doing this thing half-assed and really screwing things up.

Thanks.

Nevermind all! I just found it and am good to go. So now, I can get the bottom cushion out. I just need to do everything else. I'm replacing a busted power track with a manual track. Anyone have directions or a reference for that?

Also, I've noticed people saying to make sure to disconnect power. Is that simply done under the seat by unplugging certain wires or is there something else that needs to be done?

No picture, but it's pretty easy. Find a wire clip a little thicker than a coathanger, about 4" wide. Press it toward the rear of the car about 1/2" while lifting up on the front of the seat cushion. Should come out easily. Good luck.

unplugging the 'seat' plug should do it, it wont activate unless you work the switch.
