c4 saw blade wheels
bought a clean 95 coupe all original including wheels
Am i inthe minority, everyone dumps on the original
sawblade wheels, but i think they look great. Also they
cover up the business end of the brakes.
anyone agree with me?

I paid good money to buy Chrome Sawblades to replace my OEM 89 wheels. (Of course, I also converted to the later style bumpers as well). That means I like the LTx cars better in general. Wish I had their dash too! LOL

I love the chrome saw blades...Here is my car new in 96 with the sawblades
Currently run the chrome 5 spoke only because I could not find sawblades in 11" with the proper off set and want to run 315s on the rear.
I still have the sawblades with a new set ( less than 1,000 miles ) original Goodyear's in storage. I keep thinking about putting them on but the tires are 9 years old.

I like them enough to spend 3 years and a whoooooooooooooooooole lot of money putting together a new complete set for my ZR-1.I only wish I liked them more than the GS wheels.[IMG][/IMG]

I like the stock look. Plus, the C4's OEM brakes are ugly. No reason to spend $2-3k (new wheels plus a brake upgrade) to fix something that isn't busted.
I like the big, drilled rotors, flat black hats, and red calipers on my Boxster, but the only way to get them properly clean is to remove the wheels... wheel cleaner eats the lettering on the calipers, the clear coat on the wheels, and the transfer layer on the rotors. What a pain.
