Here are a couple of 'as delivered' pics with all the filth from Texas to NJ. It all rinsed off easily, but it wasn't fun to see it arrive like this!
It still had the Texas plate!

Welcome, I just bought my 2nd '96 CE a couple of weeks ago. Bought a new in early '97, sold it Mar/03, bought a C6 in Aug/06 and sold it last April. I like the C4's better...you can't beat that cockpit feel once your behind the wheel....enjoy the CE

Not familiar with Texas motor vehicle - maybe the plate stays with the car like California? It'll look good on my garage wall as a souvenir.

Congratulations on the CE my first vette is a CE and ive had it for a year now and i just turned 20. I love the car and really hope i can keep it for a long time. good luck with yours.
