OK, I cleaned it and no effect. I goes in like it should but will not fully extend. I block the IAC hole off and set the screw. I have the Idle at around 700-900 rpm. Ill set it back once I get the part in and update everyone if it fixed.

had the same problem, cleaned the snot out of the throttle body, new iac $90, new intake gaskets $300, still high idle my thottle body was sticking a hair open, problem solved. Oh yeah used throttle body $40
