There should be a rule requiring posters who make claims to include pics.

Had some more laser scanning and reverse engineering done. Here is the newest prototype. Only a couple more adjustments to mounting tabs and the CAD files will be perfect. My fiberglass molds were pretty good, but I needed better CAD data to look into injection molding quotes.
Here is the latest prototype. One more and it should be perfected enough for steel injection molds. They cost thousands so the CAD files need to be perfect. I also reduced the side tabs to one mounting hole vice two. The unit is pretty light, so two bolts were unnecessary and took more time to install correctly.
Anyone remember the first prototype shell. Well here it is.
Decent progress for a couple years and thousands of dollars. Make sure to have an understanding spouse before taking on a project like this. Mine has been pretty understanding so far.

You know, you should check out the racing section and see if any of the C4 road race guys would be interested as well. Looks like they'd be easy to convert to brake/oil cooling/steering cooling duct intakes. Would be curious to see how much air would get in there though.

Is anyone close to Jacksonville FL. I have a test platform for fit, but I want to double verify the last prototype before building steel injection molds. They are pretty expensive.
