Interior Courtesy Light issue.
What a day...I dusted off ole Ivory90 and took 'er for the day (1st time in over a month). After a great day on my trip home I noticed while driving that my courtesy lights were all on.
I instictively looked @ all the door ajar switches and they seemed to have proper connection. I noticed that when I attempted to set the alarm that the system would attempt to set then fail after about a 2 second wait.
Came in logged into CF and researched the issue. And armed with the result and a prayer, I walked down the "long green mile." Over to the driver side keyhole and to my excitement the slot was not pointing straight up and down. I took the care to insert key and actuate the unlock/lock function (ensuring to have the slot up and down) then pulling the key out.
The courtesy light went out per the normal delay interval.
Thanks to all for there posting things that happen to their cars...you saved me big!
