Drifting
Have you driven a C5 yet.
My guess is after a few months of owning the C5,you will kick yourself for selling that sweet car.
Was it a 6 speed????that makes it extra sweet

I have back problems that make it hard getting in and out of a C4 so my wife suggested us getting a C5.

Clamshell
I fell in love with the Clamshell when I saw my first '84 at a local car show and had to have one way back then. I would love to have a '95 Torch Red ZR1 someday. Have decided to buy, keep it a year or so, and then move on to the next one.

You poor schnook, I own an 87 and a 2002 C5 and the C5 is very difficult to get in and out of!!!!!!!!!!! It is much lower. My 87 is much easier. If you truly got rid of your 94 because of your back, when you try a C5 you will no longer be a Corvette owner.

Got Rid Of?
Not hardly. We sold Our Baby to my Sister In Law who always wanted a Vette. She loves the car and we are sure we can keep her close by. If she ever wants to sell her, we can buy her back with no problem.

C4 of Year Finalist (appearance mods) 2019
Don't fret. If you decide that you really don;t like the C5 as much as the C4 those of us with bad backs who have worked out routines for getting in and out of our daily driver C4s will be glad to help you out.
One tip: the late model C4 sport seats are more comfortable, quite adjustable and easier to get in and out of than the standard seats.

...myself included. I'll own C4s in addition to, but never instead of.

Copper 94
I have a friend in Denton who has a copper 94 - who was just rear-ended a few weeks ago. Fortunately, they weren't hurt seriously and, the car is repairable. Also, there was a guy in Fredericksburg that was trying to advertise a copper 94 for sale for a friend - and was getting flamed.
We had Sport Seats and Ride Select. The C4 was fully optioned and had both tops. Had a pretty good system for getting in and out down pat. The last trip was to Florida Keys and back for a 3K mile round trip and that made my wifes mind up for a C5. I will get a TR ZR1 someday, possibly a '95. Would love to have a Copper Coupe someday too. A Grand Sport is also on my list along with a '96 Special Edition. As you can tell, I am a C4 guy at heart. Just love that clamshell baby!

Oops
Crap Eran! I really didn't pay attention as to who was posting PLUS I didn't know you were thinking about selling your C4. Hurry and replace it before you go into withdrawal.:bb
We didn't see Markham this past weekend. He had something doing with the Lonestar club and we went to the cars and coffee in Denton.
