C5 Wheels on a C4

Yeah might I suggest posting a pics of the wheels or a stock photo from online? The rounded 5 collecter/grandsport/zr1 wheels dont look like any of the three c5 wheels. And shouldnt need any spacers. Can anybody give a reason why the put spacers on?

A set of excellent condition OEM wagon wheels, w/ centers, for $300 bucks, looks purdy darn good to me. Like them better than the razor wheels too!
PS: Correct they are not exactly like the C4 wheels, but at first glance thought they were. Anyway, the burgundy C4 in this thread has a pic of the wheels ... nice cars youse guyz!

Because the stock C5 wheel is 1/4" more offset than C4, and the C4 already 'almost' sits in too far- very noticable when you lower the car. That 1/4" starts looking like a 60's motorhome.

I have a set of 18" c5z06 rears that I use on all 4 corners on the road courses.

C5 Wheels on a C4 LT4
So, I will have the FUGLY wagon wheels powder coated to match (white) with a thin red stripe around the outside lip, and mount the stock size C5 tires.

Will post the pics when done ... all it takes is $$$'s. BTW, FUGLY is in the eyes of the beholder.

No rubbing issues at all on the 92 even at full lock and full speed into turn 12 at road atl.
If you match the total diameter wheel + tire to your stock size you won't even have a spedometer issue.
