Buying new wheels
I am interested in buying some new wheels and tires for my 88 vette, looking at the replica zr1, polished rims, with nexen 3000 tires, are these decent? I found these online, this is a package deal, mounted, balanced, shipped to your door... good or bad (for 200 bucks more can change the tires to the falken 352)

I have those tires on my other car, I wouldnt go as far to say they are bad as i dont have much to compare them to, but they are very loud. I just purchased a set of black zr1 replicas myself and went with Nitto NT05's on them.

I think with tires you get what you pay for. Kumho and Falken are good tires, and many run the Nitto's. Those Nexens can be had for $80, something must be wrong

My suggestion, look at buying some C5 thin spokes, much more tire options and spend a few buck more and buy a decent tire. I put General Exclaims on the wifes car, great tire for the dollar. Much better than the Falken's, I replaced.
