My new to me 1988 Corvette Convertible - WITH PICS
well I guess this post has been a long time in the making... I bought my 1988 Corvette Convertible in May of 2009 with 79k and have been lurking on this board ever since.
I plan on posting pictures since that's how we roll around here...
Having a Corvette, any Corvette, has been a dream of mine since I was about 9 years old. Fast forward many, many years and here I am. FINALLY!!!
I am in love with this car. A beautiful machine (but then I like ALL Corvettes!!) if ever there was one. I thank the previous owners who took such nice care of it and sure hope to continue on in this effort.
I have listed my option codes on my profile but will list them here as well for simplicity and continuity.
I have not done much to this mostly stock C4 other than the following: Z06 style wheels, LED tail lights, In dash DVD, under hood light power switch, and antennae mast power switch.
So any way, Hello to all and thanks for your time...
AC1, AC3, AQ9, BGR, B4P, C68, KC4, K68, L98, MD8, MX0, NA5, Z52, 19I, 19T, 192, 199, 96U, DL8, D7C, D9A, E5Z, E9Z, FG3, QA1, UQ4, UU8, V01, V73, XAU, GU2, YAU

Love the engine bay. Someone really took good care of that vert.

Nice looking ride, looks well taken care of. Great looking, clean engine too.
Grats on the 'vette. I'm a "new" pround owner of a 1991 vert, two weeks now and I'm giddy like a kid.
Grats again!
Edit...what ext. color is that?...looks cool in the pic.
