I know my C3 was a looker, but it was time to put some money into it. It was a turning point. Either start to dump money into the C3, or move on to something else. My C3 was never restored, but it wasn't original anymore either. I enjoyed the '70 for 4 years, made a decent profit on the sale, and am ready to experience the C4. I think I have found a very nice car to do that in. I am looking forward to the LT4!!!

I had the chance to look at you vette at the track a few weeks back, very nice!! I can not believe that you sold it. You will enjoy the LT4. Hope to see your new CE at one of the events.

It was time Daniel, and the price I got was right. I amnot sure if or when the next track day is going to be. But sometimes the guys in the clubs go on "test & tune" night and we just pay as individuals to run. Check out the Southwest Events section, they usually post it there.

Congratulations !! I know how you feel, I picked up my 1996 CE just last week and am amazed at the comfort and performance of the car. I too went from a c3 (1982) to the 1996. They are very differnet cars.

We are in the same boat then...I am very excited about this car. This week I am missing the '70, but I am sure it will fade after I pick up the '96.

One more day! I am living off about 3 hours per sleep per night for the last week! I also haven't heard a thing from the guy who bought my '70 all week. I guess that is a good thing. He was driving it home to Santa Barbara, California.
Yes, this CE was listed in the C4 For Sale Section since December of last year. I have been going back and forth with the owner since he listed it, and he has been great to work with. He's been very understanding and cooperative. Can't wait to meet him and my new Vette tomorrow!
