Default Dealings with "thepartsladi" on eBay

Hi All,

Merry Christmas. Just wondering if anyone has had the same impression when buying from a company that goes by the name of 'thepartsladi" on eBay. I am having a horrible time getting them to answer questions or respond back to me in any way at all. I have no problems with their products at all it is just they will not communicate. Just checking to see if anyone else is having a similar problem. They do have negative feedback for the same problem.

Thanks,

Don

Several purchases with them. Never had any trouble. I haven't bought from them at all in 2009. Did you call them on the phone? Maybe they have people taking time off this month? Let us know how your issue is resolved, please.

I just received my OEM replacement antenna mast from them last night. It arrived quickly and it was well packed. But, I admit I didn't ask any questions before I bought because this is basically a drop in part. That said, the transaction was point, click, and next thing you know it's at my door. I went with them because they were way cheaper than Ecklers and the other sellers on Ebay.

I can post pics of the part and packing if you'd like.

I have been dealing with Thepartsladi for years and have had nothing but great service. If you want a quick answer on something give them a call, they are a small family operation and may not check the computer very often.

I have bought many parts from them in the past. I suggest picking up the phone and calling them direct with your questions. They maybe overwhelmed answering ALL the email questions they receive. I have also found the price on Ebay is not always the Best price they can get an item to you at the door.

I haven't bought anything from them in a couple of years, but I didn't have any issues either.

I have had great dealings with them. I ordered the wrong part and they replaced it very fast with no hassle at all. Great to deal with. Give them a chance, maybe there are a lot of vacations going on right now.

You're definitely going the wrong route by expecting prompt email answers. Pick up the phone and you'll get to talk to them right away.

I bought a tune up kit from them. They sent the wrong plugs, (plugs for an iron head L98, mine has aluminum). They seemed very unconcerned. It was almost cheaper for me to just buy new plugs then to pay postage for sending them back. The mistake was theirs, and they seemed to just not care.

I won't buy from them again.

I have bought from them in the past and I have mixed results. While I didn't have CS issues the amps they sent me for my Bose speakers did not fit like an OEM. But I guess you get what you pay for. probably from China as they were not that expensive.

But I would buy from them again.

I would not buy from them. Seems like many people have had unresolved issues...

I've dealt w/thepartsladi often and I'm very pleased with the service and products. Only called them once with questions on a car cover I was looking at. As others have posted you'll have better luck giving them a call

I beg to differ. In this day and age where Ebay is King, Customer service still is and should be a priority. If you can be online to sell a billion items surely you can check your inbox and provide a few quick answers. There should be no excuse for it besides perhaps your email may be filtered out to the junk/spam.
