C4 Run Pictures
It was great to meet in person with all of you. Like I mention, I'm already planning a second run and likely to be around December/January.
We didn't loose the Luis/93 Ruby Red Vette. He received an emergency phone call.
Here are some pictures

Great job putting this together, it was SO much fun. We had a blast and enjoyed meeting everybody.
Cannot wait for the next round.
We've decided, the '65 is going up for sale and getting a CE LT4 and maybe another!
Thanks again for the effort in putting this together.
And for those we met, let's keep in touch!

Yeah nice job Pete. Great meeting everyone, and it turned out to be perfect weather up in Big Bear. Temps were around 80°F and it was very clear. Mexican food was great. I was bummed because we forgot our camera. I took some with my cell phone, but I forgot to change the resolution so they are not that great.

I'd add some pictures but they are all about the same as Petes, except for one that I took of Pete going through the twisties. Not to toot my own horn, but if your familiar with Big Bear area twistiesI had to ask myself WTF are you doing! I'll see if I can post it up.

Was a great run! We did lots of this: Was really fun to drive with so many other C4's! Enjoyed meeting everyone also. Can't wait for the next one!
Here are some pics I took:
The first stop, awesome view!
Some scenic shots at the first stop.
In Big Bear, ready for lunch!
Me and Greg (the 'other guy from fresno', ) decided we wanted to drive some more. We went around the lake, then came back and stopped at a local bar in a hotel and had a couple of beers. Some pictures from the other side of Big Bear lake.

Actually, it was the opposite. It was too warm. I was going to take my targa off, but I decided that I didn't want the sun beating on my head the whole way. Apparently, everyone else felt the same way. Even Mike (the only 'vert there) didn't have his top down.
Maybe we should have a run somewhere around Bass Lake, Shaver Lake, Yosemite or somewhere in that area. It would be a very nice drive (similar to Big Bear area, trees are denser and bigger maybe). Also, it would be in the middle of California, so you Northerner's wouldn't have so far to drive and would be able to participate. Just an idea to throw out there.

Looks like a great time! Man I'm sorry I missed it...I was so ready to do this and my plans just didn't come together I'd be in for a Sierra/Yosemite run in the near future if that is put together. October is really nice Yosemite, I was up there two weeks ago.

Who was the dude that had their 1995 black vette for sale? My supervisor at work is interested. I took a picture with my cell phone, but little did I know that the resolution was set at default which means I can't read the info on the back window.
