question on window sticker
Ok finally received my build sheet and window sticker from the corvette museum. My car was the 86th 1993 corvette built. Its quasar Blue. The question I have is my car was delivered to dealer: CPC group engineering center in warren mi. Reading google that's part of GM. Anyone have any info. The car also has 3.45 gears from the factory.

Chances are the car was used for testing purposes. GM did not allow Corvettes to be provided to management or used as "pool" vehicles because of insurance issues.
Once the car was done with any testing program, it was typically sold either through a dealer or through ads place by the unit. At that point, anyone could buy it.
My 87 was originally sold to GM Environmental Engineering in Warren, MI and one year later it was sold to a private party. I have that person's registration certificate. Most GM vehicles that went to the different organizations in MI got the state "Manufacturer's" plate and it could be that there was no registration or title for those vehicles.

yeah i do have the title history of the car I'm only the 3RD owner. The 1st owner was cpc then they sold it in 95 with 3k on the clock the following owner owned it till current but he passed away and i bought the car with 50k on it. His wife did not know anything really about the car he was 70 years old. I will call the museum tomorrow and cpc and keep everyone posted. How could i go wrong for a 10,000 purchase. Not a bad price.
