Default Update on the new garage

Some recent progress on my garage. Got most of the framing done today. Its a slow process by yourself but its starting to look like something. On the concrete I did a turndown slab with 22yds with 4 runs of #4 rebar and wire mesh as well. The outside was 14" deep with the pad at 5" avg depth.
The garage is 28' deep 32' wide with an 8/12 pitch for a man cave upstairs.

Pic from the last update.

I envy you

That look like a great project coming your way. I assume you are buying a lift, I would

Not right away but I'm leaving a good portion of the ceiling open for a lift in the future(maybe next year or so). It'll be an open roof with about 18.5' to the peak so plenty of room to raise any car. The other half gets a bonus room/man cave on top.

Garages are good Looks like yours is coming along nicely. Nice to have that man space to relax. Are you going to put a lift in it?
