My vette sold on EBay
My car is gone guys, sold it on Ebay. I did get what I wanted out of it though.

The guy has already bought a set of HRE wheels for it http://www.hrewheels.com/
and he said he has already bought an extra rear end that he is going to setup with 4.10's. He is also looking at suspension and brake upgrades. It sounds like he is going to use it for what it was intended for.
It might be a while before I get another Vette, the wife is wanting to go back to school.

Tim,
That is one clean looking 96. You did well on your sale given the current market. Congrats.
Best of luck in the future - maybe we'll see you back here at some point.

17 is pretty darn good for a C4! Hope your back in the saddle at some point. Dont worry, these cars are cheap and will be that way for some time to come, there will be another out there for you.

Glad to see you got what you wanted, but it was a bad decision. That was a clean car, and your just going to buy another one in a year or two when you realize what you did !

I know...I know...I will have another one. I don't know if it will be as nice as this one but I will have another one. I took it for one last drive today and it almost brought a tear to my eye. I brought it home, put it back in the garage and pulled the plate off of it. Now I am just waiting on the guy to pick it up.
And yes I feel pretty lucky to get what I got out of it. The guy said its what he was looking for.

I felt the same way when I sold my 02 Z06. I justified it by telling myself that I would never get anymore out of it than right now. I sold it a couple-a months ago for $28,700. Looking at the prices now on similar ones, I did good. I think your in the same boat. I seriously doubt you would get more than you did anytime soon. You'll get another & it will all be just a distant memory.

Just wanted to say that was a well done eBay ad. Those things take a lot of time to put together what with photos and the description. Linking the videos was a plus.
Well done!!

Though he listed the parts, he didn't include dyno numbers and he still found a buyer,
Congrats on the sale!
