There is alot of work and parts involved
I just had my '96 bumper cover off last weekend to replace the skid/crash bars on the bottom as mine got smashed in an offroad incident (I drove off the curb at an unfamiliar gas station ).
You'll also need the foam energy absorber and under bumper structure as well as the lights that that have been noted. Also you'll need the wiring and possibly the skid bars and all the parts if yours are toast. There are alot of fasteners involved plus the spoiler and the spoiler supports. You'd probably be better off getting everything from a late model Vette that has been rear ended. If you can get access to a FSM they have some very good exploded views that help to put all the parts in perspective. It is labor intensive and I recommend you get a 7 mm ratcheting wrench. I used a standard wrench and my fat fingers to remove all the screws along the hood hinge line. A ratcheting wrench would have come in handy there.
